Good News From Hereford -

Following the postponement of Saturday’s game at Spennymoor, due to members of the 1st team feeling unwell, we’re pleased to confirm that all test results have now come back as negative.

The National League have confirmed that the first-team squad no longer need to isolate.

Unfortunately, this has come too late in the day to enable our forthcoming game against Kettering Town, this Saturday, to go ahead, however, we’re pleased to confirm that Tuesday’s trip to Chester can now go ahead as planned.

We will confirm new dates for our rearranged trip to Spennymoor and our home game against Kettering as soon as possible.

Weymouth FC -

The National League confirms that following a high number of Covid-19 positive tests, and in line with League protocols and PHE guidelines, Weymouth FC has been placed into full isolation until 16th November under a High Alert category.

As a consequence, Stockport County and Chesterfield have been fully advised and in line with League policy, each has been advised to raise their Covid Alert level as deemed appropriate.

The Leagues policy is always driven by medical advice and will continue to be our highest priority in every circumstance involving a Covid-19 event.

Due to the implementation of the above, the League fixture involving Weymouth and Wrexham is formally postponed on Saturday 14th November.

Stockport's next two games off due to covid

Not sure how this postponement thing works due to covid. We had players not available due to covid and only 14 fit players from the first team available. Forced to play the match (even though one on international duty).

Darlington FC - One of our first team players has earlier this week tested positive for Covid, and so therefore in accordance with the relevant PHE and National League protocols, he and the rest of the squad have now gone into self-isolation.

This therefore means that Wednesday night’s home game against Gateshead is postponed, and we await league advice on Saturday’s home game against Hereford and the away game at Leamington on Tuesday 8th December.

We would like to wish the player concerned a speedy recovery, and also thank our opponents and the League for their co-operation and understanding.

AFC Telford United - AFC Telford United can confirm this evening’s game against Hereford FC has been postponed due to a late COVID-19 event within the club.

Dover Athletic - Dover Athletic can confirm that our first team staff and players have now entered self-isolation for a period of 14 days in accordance with National League protocols and Public Health England guidelines after a player tested positive for Covid-19 ahead of Tuesday’s game at Maidenhead United.

This means our next four scheduled National League fixtures, against Chesterfield at Crabble this Saturday, and against Solihull Moors at the same venue on December 8th, will be postponed until a later date.

The same also applies to our games at Wrexham (December 12th) and Wealdstone (December 15th).

Good News From AFC Telford United -

AFC Telford United can confirm a staff member within the club began to show symptoms of COVID-19 on Monday afternoon.

Following government guidelines this individual immediately booked a test on Monday evening before returning home to isolate.

This individual came in close contact with the first team squad at Saturday’s game therefore In line with guidance from the National League medical team, and in line with league and club protocols all members of the first team squad began to self-isolate from Monday evening therefore the National League gave approval to postpone Tuesday’s game against Hereford.

Thankfully this individual received a negative result on Wednesday morning and the National League have given us permission to return to training on Thursday and return to fixtures on Saturday at Farsley Celtic
